End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tessera ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Tessera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Tessera a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TESSERA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
